24000BPH Fully Automatic Water Filling Machine

This drinking water filling machine is for filling pure water into PET bottles. It can produce 24000 bottles of water per hour based on 500ml plastic bottle.The machine is suitable for different size of bottles,from 200ml to 2000ml.

Product Description

Adopting direct connection between air conveyor and inlet star wheel which is easier for bottle changing.
Adopting clamp transferring technology. Bottle shapes are more varied, and the working table inside the machine is more laconic.
With little abrasion, stable transferring, easy to change bottles.
Stainless steel bottle clamp avoids a 2nd contamination.
With high filling speed and exact fluid level.
Excellent SS or food level plastic to liquid. Electric system is of international brand and achieves national food sanitary standard.
The bottle out star wheel is of screw down shape. No need to adjust transferring chain’s height to different bottles.

04. The after-sale service?

12 months warranty.a solve basic questions by telephone, email, and video call. Engineer will go to buyer’s factory to install, test machines, and train buyer’s staff how to operate, maintain machine. Operating manuals will be sent with machine also by email. We also have overseas service center.

05. If our bottle size changes, can we just do some adjustment on machine according to our new bottle?
