28000BPH Fully Automatic Water Filling Machine

This water bottling machine is for filling mineral water and pure water into plastic bottles and capping the bottled water. It can produce 28000 bottles of water per hour based on 500ml plastic bottle.The machine is suitable for different size of bottles,from 200ml to 2000ml.

Product Description

This bottle filling and capping machine integrates 3 main parts: empty bottle rinsing part, bottle filling part, capping part with cap elevator and cap sterilizer.
The water bottling machine can fill 28000 bottles of water per hour. The filling valve has high precision, so that the water liquid level is perfect.
The capping part has a long tunnel with the cap elevator, the elevator will check and lift the caps to the capping part, when there is no caps, the alarm will flash and emit a sound to notify the operator.
The machine is made of high quality stainless steel 304/316
You can easily operate the machine by the touch screen
The machine uses top-brand components like Siemens, Danfoss, and Schneider for superior performance. Certified with CE, it ensures compliance with EU safety standards, providing market access and buyer confidence.

04. The after-sale service?

12 months warranty.a solve basic questions by telephone, email, and video call. Engineer will go to buyer’s factory to install, test machines, and train buyer’s staff how to operate, maintain machine. Operating manuals will be sent with machine also by email. We also have overseas service center.

05. If our bottle size changes, can we just do some adjustment on machine according to our new bottle?
