450 BPH 5 Gallon Pure Water Filling Line

This 5 gallon pure water filling line is used for filling pure water into 5 gallon barrel, capacity can be 450 barrels per hour.

Product Description

This 5 gallon pure water filling line includes barrel decapping machine, barrel outside brushing machine, inside washing pure water filling and capping 3 in 1 machine, and some 5 gallon water filling line equipped with labeling machine and bagging machine.
The de capping machine can remove the cap from the used gallon bucket. The outside brushing machine can make sure the barrel surface clean. The washing filling capping machine will cleaning the inside of the machine, fill the pure water into the barrels, and sealing the caps.
The machines are made of stainless steel 304, which meet the food industry standard.
The PLC automatic control use world famous brands. All the machines are fully automatic running, users can control the machine on touch screen.
