This 5 gallon barreled water filling line is used for filling pure water into 5 gallon barrel, capacity can be 600 barrels per hour.

This complete 5 gallon water filling packing line includes de-capper, high pressure internal flushing and external brushing , inside washing filling capping 3 in 1 machine with cap elevator and online washing, lid label shrinking tunnel.
Different from other 5 gallon barrel filling line, this line use high pressure internal flushing and external brushing 2 in 1 machine which can make sure that the barrel will be washed cleaner.
We also provide lamp inspection equipment, automatic laminating machine, steam shrink film machine, inkjet printer, automatic bucket bagging machine, palletizing machine according to customers inquiry.
All the machines are made of high quality SUS304/306. The filling line will run fully automatically. Workers can control the machines by the touch screen.
