This 5 gallon barrel drinking water producing line is used for filling drinking water into 5 gallon barrel, capacity can be 900 barrels of water per hour.

Product Description

This 5 gallon barrel drinking water producing line is new technology upgraded equipment.
The complete producing line includes barrel cap removing machine, barrel outside washing machine, barrel inside washing machine, filling and capping 2 in 1 machine, and barrel cap label sleeve and shrink machine.
The inside washing machine has 26 flushing stations, five water storage tanks
First step: Rinse with cold pure water
Second step: Rinse with hot pure water
Third step: Rinse with disinfectant water
Fourth step: Rinse with cold pure water
Fifth step: Ozone water flushing
All the machines are made of stainless steel 304, which meet the food industry standard. The parts that contacts with the liquid are all made of 316 stainless steel. The PLC automatic control use world famous brands. All the machines are fully automatic running, users can control the machine on touch screen.
